When submitting a ticket
please include:

  • Your School name or initials
  • Your room #
  • Description of the issue
  • Your phone extension
  • Best time to stop by or call

Also if you are submitting a request for new toner then please let us know the current model of printer that you have. It will say it somewhere on the top or front of the printer itself.
