One-Time Modernization Funding Projects - Phase 1 and Phase 2

Our facility improvements are scheduled across two phases:

Phase 1: Summer 2026

• John Brown Elementary - Installation of new windows, siding, and exterior doors, alongside major HVAC, plumbing, and electrical upgrades. 
• Lakeland Middle School - HVAC and electrical upgrades, a full roof replacement over the gymnasium, and a parking lot revision to significantly improve traffic flow and student safety. 
• Lakeland High School - Full roof replacement, exterior door replacements, HVAC modernization, and foundational infrastructure for future building access control improvements. 
• Summer of 2026 Modernization
• John Brown Elementary Modernization Project

Phase 2: Summer 2027

• Athol Elementary -  HVAC, plumbing, and electrical upgrades.
