Moment of Silence
Due to new Idaho legislation Idaho Public Schools are required by Idaho House Bill 623 to observe a daily “moment of silence”, our schools will observe a one-minute period of silence at or near the beginning of each school day. During this time, students may sit quietly or engage in any silent, non-disruptive activity permitted by school rules. Families are encouraged to talk with their child about how they would like to use this time for quiet reflection or another silent activity.
